Andrew Hamsher, M.A. is a native of the Pennsylvania community of Bryn Mawr, located just outside Philadelphia. Throughout his academic and professional career he has been a scholar of political science, cultural studies, and archival science. As Executive Vice President of Cimientos & Structure Strategy Group, Inc. Andrew spearheads our research and innovation efforts, working closely with diverse communities to achieve comprehensive development models via our services, programs, and initiatives.
Committed to development through research and innovation, Andrew has been instrumental in the creation of many of the philosophies and tenants that guide Cimientos & Structure. His extensive cultural and archival studies span the world and diverse cultures throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Andrew previously served as the researcher for Howard Besser in the archival department of New York University, one of the most respected archival organizations of its kind. He has done significant work with educational and entertainment non-profit organizations in the Philadelphia area. Today, Andrew’s extensive research and work serves as one of the primary guiding forces on our programs, services, and curricula.
A magna cum laude graduate of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Georgetown University in Washington DC, Andrew holds a degree in English and History. He additionally holds a Masters degree in Cinema Studies from New York University in New York, New York.
